Terms of Service

By accessing or using FireShift Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

FireShift Pro is a schedule and pay tracking application for firefighters. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service requires a paid subscription after the free trial period. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All billing is processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in the app settings.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. You will not be charged during the trial period.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your schedule, pay, or personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or spam

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pay calculations will meet any specific legal or contractual requirements. Always verify pay calculations with your department's payroll records.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireShift Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
